These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by InsuranceDAO.World, including participation in decentralized insurance pools, interaction with insurance-backed NFTs, staking, and other services available on the platform. By accessing or using InsuranceDAO.World, you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms, the platform’s policies, and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these provisions, you must immediately cease using the platform and any associated services.

12.1 General Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms:

• By using InsuranceDAO.World, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Eligibility:

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are under the legal age or are prohibited from using the platform based on your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to use the services.

3. Account Registration:

• To access certain features of InsuranceDAO.World, including the purchase of insurance-backed NFTs or participation in staking, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (such as private keys, wallet addresses, or other security measures) and for all activities conducted under your account.

• You agree to promptly notify InsuranceDAO.World of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity related to your account.
