1. Wallets:

• To participate in the platform’s services, including the purchase of insurance-backed NFTs, staking, and making premium payments, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. InsuranceDAO.World supports several wallets, and it is your responsibility to ensure your wallet is properly set up and maintained.

• You are responsible for the security of your wallet, including managing private keys, seed phrases, and passwords. InsuranceDAO.World is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your wallet or assets.

2. Platform Functionality:

• InsuranceDAO.World allows users to interact with insurance-backed NFTs, stake tokens, participate in decentralized insurance pools, and manage premium payments. By using these services, you agree to adhere to the platform’s rules, guidelines, and any other instructions provided by InsuranceDAO.World.

3. Insurance Products:

• The platform offers insurance-backed NFTs, which are unique digital assets designed to provide protection for DeFi protocols, NFTs, and other tokenized assets. These NFTs are not traditional financial insurance products and should not be considered as such. The coverage is limited to specific risks associated with blockchain-based assets, and it is governed by the terms embedded in the smart contracts.

4. Smart Contracts:

• InsuranceDAO.World uses smart contracts to facilitate transactions, including the execution of insurance claims, staking, and premium payments. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are executed via immutable smart contracts, which are irreversible once processed.
