12.8 Miscellaneous

1. Force Majeure:

• InsuranceDAO.World shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, technical failures, network outages, or disruptions in blockchain or cryptocurrency markets. In such cases, InsuranceDAO.World will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore platform functionality, but will not be held responsible for any losses, interruptions, or delays.

2. Entire Agreement:

• These Terms, together with any other policies, agreements, or documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and InsuranceDAO.World concerning your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

3. Amendments:

• InsuranceDAO.World reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, and such amendments will become effective upon posting to the platform. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of InsuranceDAO.World after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue your use of the platform.
