12.6 Governing Law

1. Jurisdiction:

• These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the platform, or any related services, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which InsuranceDAO.World is incorporated. This shall be the case regardless of any conflicting legal principles that may exist under the laws of any other jurisdiction. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts located in the jurisdiction where InsuranceDAO.World is incorporated, for the resolution of any legal dispute or enforcement of these Terms.

2. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform’s use will be resolved through binding arbitration, as detailed below. InsuranceDAO.World and you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration on an individual basis, waiving any right to a trial by jury, class action, or any other form of collective dispute resolution.

• The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. In the event that any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. You understand and agree that by using the platform, you waive any rights to bring a lawsuit in a court of law except where required by mandatory applicable law.
